First-year students of English are reminded that the 'English 1' course will begin the first week of March 2016. This year’s first-year students (2015/16) may take the 'English 1' exam only after the 'English 1' course has ended. The 'English 1' exam dates that are currently on 'Esse 3' for the months of January and February 2016 are for students who attended the 'English 1' course last year (2014/15) or before.

'Lettorato 1' will also continue the first week of March. The new class schedule will be posted as soon as possible by the 'Centro Servizi'.

In the meantime, students are strongly advised to keep their English ‘alive’ by working on the 'Lettorato 1 dispense', for levels A1/A2 and B1. Listening and reading are also of crucial importance. A little practice a day will help keep major problems with your English away! Here are a few websites where to do some practice:

B2 level students will soon receive an email with a summary of the topics discussed in class. Thanks for your patience.

For those of you who want to have a head start on the ‘English 1 course’, I recommend you begin reading the ‘English 1 dispensa’ available at the ‘Sportello Studenti’ (1st floor, right wing of the main building).
